Experience natural and harmonious movement through intuitive yoga and body awareness.

About Me

My professional path began in the vibrant world of primary education, where I devoted over a decade to teaching and understanding the learning dynamics of young minds. This experience laid the foundation for my belief in the transformative power of play and movement as vital tools for healing and personal growth.

Having transitioned from traditional teaching, I’ve embraced the profound benefits of reconnecting with our bodies, especially in times of stress and when facing challenging life events. At ‘Back to the Body,’ I combine my expertise as an experienced primary school teacher with my passion for yoga to offer a unique approach to movement.

My Philosophy

My sessions are designed to foster curiosity and comfort in movement, making exercise a joyful and enriching experience. I focus on nervous system support and cultivating deep listening skills that encourage you to tune into your body’s needs—whether that’s movement, rest, challenge, or nurture. My philosophy centers on playful exploration and giving you permission to follow your own impulses, rather than prescribing rigid guidelines. ‘Back to the Body’ is more than just a form of exercise; it’s a commitment to embodying and enabling emotions, creating a space where you can truly listen to yourself and move in ways that celebrate and heal.

Join me in making time and space to come back to your body, and rediscover the joy of being in tune with what you truly need.
